The Eden project is a planned construction of a fantastic complex on the Turkish Black Sea coast.It will be built northwest of Istanbul on the Black Sea coast and will cover an area of 250 hectares or more. The project was launched in 2021 by Eden Invest founded with the aim of realizing an ultra-modern, harmonious and ecological city of dreams. We want to create places where three generations can live equally, comfortably, healthily and modernly.
The modern and sustainable development project will cover an area of more than 400,000 square meters and consist of 250 single and family houses, in the first construction phase. The houses, villas and dachas are designed in the Black Sea style characteristic of the Eden complex - just a few km from the Sand dunes of the largest natural park Çilingoz. The modern complex is located in the heart of a bay in Turkey, less than two hours' drive from Istanbul international airports. It is located one and a half hours from the borders of Bulgaria and Greece. Thanks to the private helipad planned 10 km away, it is easily accessible even for those who have a private air charter.
When designing the city, special attention was paid to planning even the smallest details. The Cilingoz Natural Park is a natural park in Çatalca District, Istanbul Province, Turkey. It is located in the town of Binkiliç in Çatalca, northwest of Istanbul on the Black Sea coast and covers an area of 17.75 hectares. The park was founded in 2011. The region in which the nature park is located was declared a wildlife sanctuary in 2005 because of its rich flora and fauna. Hunting is therefore prohibited in the region at all times. The nature park is located on a bay with a combination of beach, forest, lake and reeds.
The park has a 1,200 m long and 80 m wide beach with fine sand in the north, a direct path from the EDEN complex is planned and reserved only for the residents of the EDEN complex. The Çilingoz Stream flows north into the Black Sea, forming a sandy alluvial estuary that is narrow. There it forms a large lake surrounded by reeds.
